1. On July 4th we checked in and upon inspection, we found many hairs and other debris under the mattress and then we found a sticky bug strip on the box springs just below the headboard. Stuck to the strip was a dead adult bedbug and a nymph (baby bedbug). I took pictures and immediately alerted front desk staff. 2. Staff moved us to a different room on a different floor. We found no bedbugs in the new room, but it was very unclean, dead bugs (spiders, etc) along the baseboard in the closet, hairs in the sheets and a FILTHY toilet and floor surrounding it, as well as several other things which had been overlooked. We asked for all new sheets and coverlet, which I changed out. The next day, I was told that the housekeeping manager cleaned our room to ensure it was extra clean, but it was still not very clean. There were still dead bugs (spiders, etc.) littering the closet floor and the fridge still had a spill from a previous guest. We ended up getting a full refund for our 4 night stay.
