I got a room at Harrahs Resort and was awaken at 3:15 am with bites all over me, my sister and nephew. We went down to talk to mgmt and they gave us another room. When we got back to the room to gather our belongings to go to the new room we saw our bed infested with huge bed bugs. On the pillows. In the sheets. We then went back down to mgmt where we filed an incident report and injury report and housekeeping mgmt confirmed there were in fact confirmed. They told us to discard our belongings, that they didn't have a wash room on site and that if we take them home or go to the hospital then we can follow up with risk mgmt. very horrible experience. Now I am out of work. Body full of bites with a potential case of infestation at my home in Philadelphia. Harrahs manager Earl Marshall III was very mean unprofessional and insensitive about our situation. He didn't offer us anything.

We stayed at Harrahs in the Bayview tower 12/18/15-12/20/15 on the 11th floor, and Sunday when we were getting ready to leave I went to move the pillows back on the bed and there was a bedbug under the pillow and was already red. I don\'t know if it bit me or not but it was under my pillow. We caught it in a cup and gave it to the hotel attendant who said they were going to tell the supervisor but nothing happened with me being contacted except that the bill was dropped. When we ha d got there though we had checked under the covers and around the bed some and walls some before because someone staying with me had had a horrible experience with bed bugs years ago from a hotel. I guess we should of looked more thoroughly. When we came home we took as many precautions as we could but yesterday morning, which was the next day I woke up and now have three bites on my jaw line/neck. 3 on one side and 1 on the other. That are red and swollen. I read it can take days sometimes to show up. It\'s horrible cause honestly the place is so great it was our first time there and this though is under my skin and everything I have is outside or tied so tight in trash bags.

My husband got 4 bites and killed 2 bugs and I caught one which was crawling to my boy. They changed the room 5AM. After 1 day Hotel called us that they did not find anything. But I have a picture of bug and bites. They should have treated the problem.

2019-02-12 I discovered bed bugs and was moved to another room. disgusting!! Hotel told me they would comp the room and lied. worst experience ever
