Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I had not seen any in my room however on the mirror 5/24/15 at 7am my travel partner went to the hotel lobby to get towels. She was informed my a hotel employee that a guest reported bed bugs and had to leave due to no available non infested rooms. The employee went on to say that the owners knew of the problem and to avoid the purchase of a new mattress they opt to wrap it in some sort of bedbugs extermination solution

Since i have has problems with bedbugs before, I thoroughly check every corner of the hotel rooms. It took me less than 5 mins to find 3 bedbugs on the wall. I took photos. I also put 2 bedbugs in a cup and showed them to the front desk. all these happened a few minutes ago. My heart is still racing as i have a PTSD with bedbugs..

8-15-2020. 4:00pm This was reported to the manager the next day as I did not notice any bites until morning. I mentioned to owner who said there were no bed bugs but failed to check the bed. I informed him that there were bed bugs if you lift the mattress up.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
