3/23/2019 @ 10:45pm I knew I should've said no to this inn. Room appeared clean enough until we open door and smelled of smoke. A nasty, black speckled sink drain sat on the counter by coffe machine, brown liquid, probably coffe, spilled on bathroom door and dang toilet clogged, but the worst yet a pretty large bed bug was crawling around on the whit part of sheets by pillow. It was quite large but I took a picture of it and it most definately is one. I ran so fast out of that room and reported it to reception. We were there all of 20 mins. She was very nice and understanding. Said she would shut down 222 and report to manager. I inquired about a refund and she let me know to contact hotwire who I booked through. However, quality in also charged my card another 100.00 along with hotwire payment and how impossible to get ahold of manager. I very disappointed. I never used to be picky about hotels/motels but I wont be staying at this location ever again.
