we arrived late Thursday 7/7 the room smelled horrid, fake lemon cleaner to cover something (smoke/mold) and woke up early, the bed was not comfortable! after getting up there was a bed bug walking on the sheets and a few minutes later while my hubby was in the shower I found another one walking on the bedding. I killed them both and took pictures.

8/10/2019 Got our room and it wasn't super clean (which is to be expected for a motel) but it wasn't so dirty that we felt concerned. My husband fell asleep and I was on my phone when I saw 2 small bed bugs crawling along the bed. I quickly woke my husband up and we began inspecting the sheets, pillows and mattresses. It was long before we found bed bugs in various life stages on the pillows and walls. We immediately called the front desk. Front desk employee did not sound surprised. She offered to give us new sheets. I told her that new sheets was not going to make the bed bugs go away! She told my husband there wasn't much she could do and that she would let the manager know that we want a full refund and speak to him directly. We will be sleeping in our car tonight.

7:30PM on Dec. 4-5 I stayed in room 211 and noticed itchy welts on my skin the next day at work. Upon arrival back at the room, I searched and found 2 baby bed bugs before immediately packing a leaving for the laundromat. The staff member on duty denied ever having a report of bedbugs, and I see now, that was a LIE.
