Was on my way to Idaho falls and ended up staying at this hotel. Woke up the next morning to find a bedbug sitting on my pillow. I then proceeded to check the mattresses where I found numerous more bed bugs. Luckily I left my set of clothing on the TV stand fairly far away from the bed and floor. But this still was a massive pain in the ass because I had to get everything washed before traveling on my way. When I went to get my refund with a few sample bedbugs in a cup the lady at the front desk promptly told me she could offer me 30% off. After more than half a hour of arguing and threatening to post that the hotel had bedbugs I was told I would not be paying for the room. I love how she tried to give me 30% off and offered that they should put on their sign \"30% off and free bedbugs\". I recommend not staying here.
