I stayed at the Super 8 of fountain on 5-23-16. I started noticing bite marks on me after the first night there, but didn't think anything of it. The next day I woke up with more and ended up going to the emergency room because I had a severe allergic reaction to the bites. I notified the staff that was on duty that night. They did not care ONE BIT. They tried to tell me if was probably from the dog in the next room who might have had "fleas" Give me a break! Are you kidding me! Anyway, he called his supervisor, repeating to her right in front of us that he "didn't feel like dealing with this crap" and insisted that his boss come up there and handle it. He ended up giving us the phone and we talked and agreed that I should get a full refund. But honestly I don't think a refund is enough. I went to ER, got medicine, had basically leave everything I brought with me outside that I traveled with to make sure I didn't bring them inside. I've been so miserable and think everyone should known about this place. They do not care AT ALL. Never stay at a super 8!

Date: 7/14/23 checked in around 10pm and left as soon as we woke up around 7am. Woke up to a beg bug crawling towards my face, found another one on the floor once we started looking, reported it, no refunds.
