checked in friday may 12 and checked out sunday may 14.. woke up with bites saturday morning but thought maybe they were being outside...spent all day saturday in the room cuz we were rained in. woke up sunday with something crawling on my face wiped it off n it landed on my pillow it was a bedbug..i loaded my stuff in the car and went back to the room and the maid had already stripped the bed so i couldnt show them the pillow case with blood n the bug...they kept my deposit cuz the maid said she cleaned my room which i had all the trash together and was going to finish cleaning but when i got back up there she was doing it. i told the staff and showed them all my bites over my head neck arms n legs and they brushed me off n trespassed me saying they dont have bedbugs and they werent giving me my deposit..it was a horrible experience.they made sure i didnt have time to take pics and gather all the proper documents of what happened ..they didnt even give me a receipt of my stay.
