I found 3 bed bugs in my room on Sunday, November 28th and ask the front desk guy to change the room for me, he gave me another room (changed from #223 to 221) but the situation still so scary because I don’t know if one of those bedbugs stuck to my luggage or even my clothes, it’s so scary of being sick as well and potential treatment cost; Plus I had to change the room very late at night. No refund was offered.
