Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found a bug on the bed sheet. I was unsure it was one until I noticed the red steaks on the comforter but not on the fitted or flat sheets.

My husband and I were getting ready for bed when he noticed a bug crawling on his pillow. He squished it and it was full of blood. We found 5 or so other bugs immediately so we packed up and left, taking a coffee cup with a few of them in it to show the staffs. The front desk reimbursed us right away and said they'd take care of the room.

We stayed at the Sheraton 9/1/2016 to 9/5/2016. My daughter was complaining of having bug bites on 9/2/2016 and all through out our stay. I never thought anything more about it until my nephew who also stayed in our room was complaining of bug bites. I contacted the hotel. They said they would look into it and I have never heard back from them.
