Do Not Stay Here. MANY reports of bed bugs, Including Mine. Stayed there a few weeks ago and got bitten on my back and arm. Hotel does not care AT ALL,.They just want your money.RUN,......FAST,..............

November 2,2018 3 of us stayed for one night. After going to bed about half hour later I felt something crawling on my arm. Put my phone light on and saw 2 bedbugs crawling on me. Turned on light and saw a few more in my bed and 4 on the other bed. Went to front desk to tell them they were bed bugs, as when we killed them blood came out. They said they would clean the sheets and spray. I had to demand another room on a different floor as cleaning the sheets and spaying will not kill them. As I was explaining all this to front desk, the customer behind me overheard and asked me about it and I told him there were bed bugs in our room. As we were going back to get our stuff the front desk guys tells me not to say anything to anyone else. I told him I wasn’t gonna lie and people need to know. We got another room but didn’t sleep and we had a international flight the next day. This hotel has no intentions on resolving the bed bug issue that has obviously been for years as the bed bugs were huge. Needless to say the bugs got into our suitcases and got bit at our next destination. Had to throw everything away , even our bags... etc. Just horrible experience

I stayed here for three nights mid September of 2016. The first night, my son and I scratched through the night. I reported to the hotel staff who asked if I actually had any bites. I didn't see any at the moment. They switched rooms and convinced me that we must have a sensitivity to the detergent they use. Of course I wanted to believe this. I did notice a couple bites the next day. Two weeks later at home and I'm afraid that I brought them home with me as the past few nights I scratched all night long. I want to cry!!!
