Came home and legs won't stop itching. . Looked them up by pictures and confirmed I'm covered in bed bug bites.

Bit by bedbugs, my boyfriend and i actually found the bedbug took it to the front desk. The manager refused to give us our full refund after proof was given to him along with pictures.

my boyfriend and i have bites from bedbugs, we brought it up to the manager. he states there is no bed bug activity in his hotel...not to mention we took the live bed bug to his front desk where he himself took the picture of the bedbug and my arm.

4/1/2017 We arrived a the hotel, took a nap and one of my roommates found the bedbug crawling on her sheets. Immediately we put it on a Kleenex and went downstairs to talk to management. We asked for them to show us the last Pest Control treatment and the manager was very rude and said he would refund our money and asked us to leave the property. He was very rude. He said it was not a bedbug and said it was his word agains ours. Then we told some of the guest to better look on their mattresses and watch out for bedbugs.. and the manager threaten us to call the police if we didn't leave the premisses (which we where on the parking already outside) will NEVER stay in that hotel ever... horrible..

8/28/2017 I woke up around 4:45 am scratching my elbow and area above my breast. I immediately turned the light on, woke my husband and we searched the bedding. There seemed to be some stains on the mattress pad but the bed was clean. (At least to my eye) we went doen told the gentleman at the front desk I needed another room or a manager because the room had bed bugs. He instantly got me another room (117) and said he woukd tell the proper people. I asked him who that would be and he stated Management, and house keeping. After that i went to the old room got all of our belongings and moved to the new room. Lets see how this goes.
