My fiance my 1 year old son and myself were sleeping and woke up itching and scratching upon inspection noticed several red welps on our bodies as well as bed bugs crawling on bed and my body office said no manager till 7 in the morning could not refund our money just move us to another room this is at 1:40 in the morning our son was to have a procedier done at hospital in morning at 7 so we were leaving around six we are very disappointed in this motel and will not be staying here again got dressed to leave and found bedbugs had infested our clothes motel employee told us bedbugs are to be expected in all motels this answer to our problem was very disturbing to me as well as my fiance ramada inn thumbs down
