Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My mattress was infested with bedbugs and I have pictures to prove it. The mattresses in this hotel are second hand in deplorable condition. I stayed at this hotel for an extended period of time and woke up every morning with bites all over my arms and my neck. And one time even my eye lid. These things itch like crazy and the itching last for many days. At first I could figure out how and what was biting me. Eventually I saw one and went online to find out what it was. That research promted me inspect the mattress even closer and I found what I call e nest of bedbugs. Just nasty. I reported the problem to Larry at the front desk and he booked me in a different room.
