Incident happened the night of May1, 2019 and was reported early in the am around 2 a.m. on May 2, 2019. by Mr. Coleman in room 106 to the front desk who offered them a new room, but they chose to sleep in the truck. The occupants of room 110 did not realize their clothes had been infested until they had left the Quality Inn. Since then the manager has tried to say that we had the wrong hotel and that they were checked that day. Bedbugs were there.
