Me and my fiance stayed here for the 4th of July weekend my fiance had red bumps on his arms, we noticed Saturday he got red marks it just caused him itchiness but we thought the towels or sheets irritated him but Sunday we had to leave due to an emergency and as we were driving back to where we live i notice him scratching and he started bleeding I called the hotel the next day to report this and one of security workers filed a report and said they were going to test the room to see if there were bedbugs so he was being pretty helpful then i asked him who i could talk to for a refund and i talked to the manager in charge of that her name is Coradeth and she was very rude saying if i even knew what bedbug bites looked like and i told her yes i looked them up in the internet she basically was assuming i was lying and im still working on my report hopefully i get refund because we had to throw away all of our cloths.

1. Woke up on 4/6 after spending the night of 4/5 2. Management replied with following remarks: "I show no other complaints from other guests on the room, but due to the serious nature of bed bugs I will have the room chemically checked for their presence today."

10 March 2019, about 3 o'clock in the mornig. I found several places in my body itchy. I checked the bed, and found a bedbug. I took the photos and killed it. Security person came and changed the room.

I stayed here Aug 30 to Sept 2nd 2019 Labor Day weekend and on my last day here I woke up to something crawling on my face! It was a Bedbug! When brought to the attention of Eden the front desk manager she stated they would only give me one night of resort compensation! What kind of customer service is that! Besides customer service this is a health risk to me and any other hotel guest who may stay in this room. (Building L room 116) I was told for my inconvenience they would change my room. Yay me! That’s an inconvenience in itself if you ask me. I have filed a complaint with the Southern Nevada District Environmental Health Department since my health and concerns were taking so lightly. Ray Charles could see there’s a bed bug issue. I then spoke with Julian the Hotel manager who said they have to do testing which would take a day before they could do anything. The bigger issue is these critters getting into my personal belongings traveling home with me. Yuck. Never again would I stay at this place. Since my departure they have yet to contact me. They even made me still pay for my stay. When I got home I called them as I hadn’t heard from management regarding the bugs found in my room. I was transferred 4 times to Alex voicemail instead of a person which I asked for the second time the receptionist. This hotel is the worst. No empathy. No apology for the bugs. After doing more research this hotel is known to have bugs and be dismissive about it. And it’s known that they tell you the manager is out and will get back to you in a week. I will continue to call this hotel about full refund due to the bugs in the room. I’ll be waiting to hear from the general manager as well. Never have I been so disrespected do to the nonchalant attitudes of all staff members
