We stayed at Marriott at Burr Ridge 1/15/2016-1/17/2016 and found bed bugs on my bed. When reported, they did not seem concerned at all or apologetic. They simply said, we will move you to a new room and have the room inspected. Later they told me they found no evidence of bed bugs. I even showed her the pictures and video I took, then they agreed to comp our room. I am dealing with $3000 bill for treatment in my home now.

Stayed in the Burr Ridge Marriott on a overnight business trip. While getting ready that morning there was a red bug crawling around on the top of the white comforter.I wasn't where what it was so I pushed on it & it splattered leaving blood everywhere. Then we looked around & found a very small one crawl to the same location as the dead bug. We informed the front desk, at the time we really didn't realize what it was. I had never seen a bed bug before. She seem slightly disgusted & stated she would make not of it. After look into it more I concluded it was bed bugs & then reading that it had been reported in the same exact room I was a signed. We had a staff of 8 staying in this hotel for business. Now we all have traveled back home to our families exposed to bed bugs. It is sad to find out that they new about them & still assigned the room out.
