Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found 2 bedbugs in bed. Front desk person offered to change sheets. This will not solve the problem.then offered another room but found evidence of them there also. Mgr spoke to desk person in foreign language instead of to us. They did refund us but they have a real problem there.

June 25th I reported to management that I had bites all over my back so I searched room and found bed bugs on mattress under mattress pad. Management refused to refund the next days stay that I would not be using. I checked out. I called corporate and was given a case number. They said to call the Forest Park branch for refund. They still refused.
