When we woke up in our room we found a bed bug on the bedding crawling around. I immediately smashed it. I took a picture of it. Also found one on the ground next to the bed. Informed management when we were checking out. They said they would refund the cost of our room. We booked through Expedia. We showed the manager the picture of the bed bug, which clearly was a bed bug and we acted like he didn't know what a bed bug looked like. The night before when we were checking in someone was changing rooms because they had bed bugs in their room - room 121. They wrote up an incident report for us. Manager's name was Mark Farulo.

Found bed bug crawling in my bed. Squished it and blood came out. Staff just gave me new sheets, which doesn't help.

We stayed at this hotel on Feb. 3rd, 2019. The room looked nice and clean, and we were pleased with the place. At 4:30 AM I woke up with my body itching all over and little red bumps on my arms, belly, and legs. They matched the description of bed bug bites; in little rows, etc. We reported this to the front desk at 6 AM, then called twice during the day, but no manager got back to me. Today we called again and finally spoke with a manager. They said they were getting pest control to come out to the room to check for an infestation. They told me this would take a few days, and they would get back to me then.
