Bed bug seen crawling on pillow. Reported to front desk. No action taken by hotel after maintenance worker claimed to have checked room and not found anything.

Stayed 2 nights, 13-14/Sept. Little bumps surfacing neck and arm, intense itch. Left for Vancouver same evening. Seek medical asst on 16Sep as red spots developed on right side back/forearm. Diagmosed bed bugs bites. Tried in vain to contact hotel, lines not picked up. Three email sent with full pics with no response. Travelled frim Vancouver back to Hong Kong on 18Sept with itch and red spots manifesting to back and legs. Upion arrival, i msnaged to call with success. Receptionist confirmed receipt of me email but since it was addressed to him, no action tsken as he was on a short break and only return the day i called! Promised to reply in written but none till now! Denied glstly that bed bugs exist as upin my departure, the riom i stayed has been ovcupied by a few guests but no complaints of my experience. This is a total irresponsible act. They should at least try to investigate. No complaints doesn't mean the bed bugs dont exist. Cannot recall exact room number either 502 or 504 ( one occupied by colleague). How csn I attach pix?

My husband ,myself and our norwegian elkhound checked in around 6:30 p.m. on January 14, 2017. We were looking to have a relaxing night after a long week of work. 1 hour later we pulled the blanket and sheet back to discover an adult bed bug! I took the big to the front desk and told at the desk we are checking out and I want a full refund! He stated he was having a rough night and housekeeping should have handled the bedbugs. He checked us out and assured me the money would be returned to my card within a few days. We went home, washed our clothes and showered. Bad night!

Sunday, Febuary 25, 2018 at 10:00 am. While we had a stay at this place for the weekend we reported bed bugs at the room we stayed to the front desk. We demanded the front desk person to speak to a manager of the property and we were told that we couldn't speak to anyone till Tuesday when our check out date was Sunday. And we were just offered a 30% discount from the rate to "just solve the issue at the moment ". The upsetting part it's just no accessibility to speak to someone directly from management to address the issue
