Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I found a single bed bug on the pillow in the morning after staying here. I had bites all over my back. I collected the bed bug I found, placed it in a cup and took it to the front desk. The lady at the front desk did not apologize or offer to move me to another room. I decided to go elsewhere. It's ruined my day in anchorage now that I have to clean all of my baggage and clothing.

I couldn't sleep thinking about bed bugs because there were some small freaky bugs in the kitchen sink. My daughter was sleeping and I kept checking on her when I spotted a bug crawling up the wall. Without thinking I tried to burn it but it fell on the carpet and I couldn't find it. We have early morning appointments and i don't think I'll be able to sleep now. I was thinking ahead and made sure our bags were up on tables. I just hope and pray that we do not bring them home. I wish I took a picture!!! Eew, this is the worst trip ever! I know it was a bed bug because I've seen pictures and this definitely was like the pictures.

Stayed in the room I looked before laying down there was nothing. Latter that night around one r two am my fiancée and i went to lay down by r kids. Right before I layed down I saw something crawling twared him a lil red dot I yelled bed bug I smashed it n put it in the cup. Looked around more through out the night found 14 big n small ones all together we all slept in the car.... To gross next morning went to the front desk n argued with the lady n all that was said thell take care of it. Never stay anywhere again but my own bed.....
