Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked in at about 4 pm 10/25/19 and were given the room directly above the front desk. Unsure of the room number. My son was on one bed doing some homework while I was laying on the other bed. At about 5:30 he stood up quickly from the bed and called me over. There were at least 5 bed bugs crawling over the bed. We hadnâ€™t seen any bugs upon arrival, I think his presence on the bed got them stirred up and looking for their next meal. I took a quick picture and left the room. Went to the front desk and told them we canâ€™t stay here and need a refund. Showed them the picture and they said our credit card had not been charged just yet, there was only a hold on it and theyâ€™d release it without charging us anything.
