6/18/2017 I arrived and the cleanliness and overall state of this room were questionable to say the least. When I woke in the morning I had 43 little red bites in clusters all over my body, mostly my legs. I inspected the mattress and found not only signs of bed bugs but an actual dead bed bug. When I brought it to the management's attention their response was to refund my night. That's it. I booked through s third-party so in the process I had to dispute the transaction, which put a hold on all the funds in my account. This left me unable to even book another room, as it is the weekend and I am from out of town with no vehicle as well. Their response to this was to say they would comp a night and recharge my card for the previous night. They moved me to a different room, and then cleaned the room I was in and rented it to someone without even investigating my claim. They were downright rude and unresponsive and didn't even bat an eye at the idea of bed bugs. I have filed a corporate claim and spoken to a bed bug lawyer and the health department. I hope this place gets shut down and it definitely needs new management. Disgusting and ridiculously poor customer service.
