Avoid at all costs. Found a large bed bug crawling in the bed on the 3rd night of a 3 night stay. In addition to this being disgusting, and having to worry about sanitizing everything I had there, the hotel would only refund for the last night I was there, where I was leaving at 4 am anyways. On top of that, when I tried to call back to complain, when they told me the GM would be in, no one would answer the phone after multiple attempts. Long story short - they'll give you bed bugs but no refund - STAY AWAY

9/29/2024 I checked the linens prior to sleeping. Did not lift the head boards or check behind surfaces. Smell was iffy. I had a 2:30am awake time. Street lights were not able to be closed off with curtains and I saw the adult bed bug on the sheet crawling across the other side of the queen bed. I pinched it in the sheets and then finished it off with a tissue. A little miffed, I just packed up and called a driver to catch my flight. While waiting in the lobby, I informed the attendant and showed him the photo of the dead bedbug. He said, What is that? I then showed him an image of the cycle of life of a bedbug to prove the identity. He said Oh, I'm sorry. Is that why you are leaving so early? I told him that I just don't want others to have the same experience and that he needs to report it. He said he would spray the room.
