My daughter and I stayed at this hotel (room 349) over the weekend of 9/09/16-9/11/16. A LIVE bedbug crawled onto the pillow when we were watching tv at 11:30 at night. I reported this to the management and they said that an exterminator checked the room and there were no bedbugs. My ankles and skins were bitten during the night and the LIVE bug was flushed. They refused to do anything except send a report to me that shows a bug inspection and denied they ever had bedbugs. While undoing my duffle from the trip I cleaned through everything and found another bedbug. SO I paid 253.20$ to sleep with bedbugs and get bitten up and bring them into my home. An extermination of my home will cost a few hundred dollars. PLEASE take this to heart and do not stay at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on 7/19/2020. I checked in around 5 pm, ordered some food, fed my dog, took a shower and so it wasn't until about 8 pm that I laid down to rest. By 9 pm I noticed that my back was itchy, when I got up to look I noticed four bite marks that were clearly caused by bed bugs. I immediately called the front desk and they offered me a new room. However, when I asked them for an option to wash or at least machine dry my clothes on high heat they told me they were understaffed and would not be able to. Then when I asked for bed bug spray or any type of disinfectant they told me they did not have any. As I became more and more upset they told me that if I was not satisfied I could just take my things and leave. And so I did. There was no manager on duty that night and the next morning when I called them they told me that they did not know when a manager would be in. I then proceeded to call their corporate office to file a formal complaint and was told that I would hear back from a manager in 10 days max. Well, I never heard from anyone and when I attempted to contacted them again they gave me another phone number to call. I told them I was done chasing their team and that I would be reporting them to the health department.
