Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

i've been stay at this hotel for a week and started noticing swollen red dots on my body. i've never really thought of bed bugs because i have never experienced it before. but after a lot of research online i can confirm that all the bites on my body are in fact bed bugs. i also saw some small spots of blood stain, and according to google, those are signs of bed bugs. im really scared as i have to stay at this hotel for 2 more weeks.

Stayed from 8/8/21-8/15/21 Woke up on the 15th with bed bug bites all over my body (11 in total). When I told them, they didnâ€™t seem surprised at all. I had to get to work so I left my stuff in a different room after REFUSING to take it home with me like THEY suggested. When I got back after work I asked to speak with the general manager and told him what had happened and he refused to give me a refund and was the most inconsiderate manager I had ever spoken to. There was a bad smell in the room too which I later found out was a sign of bed bugs droppings in the carpet and drapes. I have never had bed bugs before and being a nurse, I know what they look like. I am now down about $2600 so far all because they donâ€™t want to do the decent thing and reimburse me.
