Stayed from 3/26-3/28 cutting our stay short by four days. On 3/28 I noticed a few small bugs, one on the sofa and one on the bed. Later, saw one on the bathroom floor and had my husband look. Took photos and searched. Confirmed it was a bed bug. Immediately began packing our things and reported to front desk. Was not handled appropriately (front desk said I don’t know what bed bugs are and I can’t get a hold of my manager). Called corporate offices for help instead. We’re told they couldn’t help us find a hotel when we’re staying on an IHG property. After an hour on the phone, they secured a room at a nearby property for more than the cost of our first room. We have a small child, and at ten o clock at night we were packing a room and moving locations, while our son should have been asleep. Handled poorly, still paid for our stay at a different location.
