Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

After waking up and upon leaving my daughter had straight lines of bite marks and both arms and some on face. Very itchy. Room was not very clean, I reported the incident the next morning and the front desk said they haven't had them in 6 months. The head manager Sara was nice and helpful. They had it "investigated" and said they found nothing but it can't be a coincidence, and since I see no other reports and they addimitly had them 6 months ago I want others to be aware.

My best friend and I were in town for the Wenatchee Octoberfest the weekend of October 14-17, 2022. We stayed at the Red Lion Hotel in Wenatchee, Washington in room 152. I woke up Saturday, October 18 with small red spots on my upper arms and left hand. I continued with my day with my friend and by the evening I thought I had just gotten a rash from the sheets. We went to bed and the next morning there were more spots, and I took a shower not realizing I had been sleeping in a bed bug infested bed! Sunday morning there were spots on my face, neck, and legs as well as more spots on my arms. My friend and I talked to the staff and they moved us to a different room, 352. As an upgrade and gave us plastic bags to use to put our clothes in to dry them in their dryer. We received our clothes back in the SAME PLASTIC BAGS!! By Monday morning we were checking out and they still wanted to charge for the rooms. I have images of my arms, face, and hand. I’m still getting more bites appearing each day. I have not been to work since returning to Kansas City on Monday, October 17, 2022. My doctor prescribed me a steroid pack for the skin infection. I shave spent the last few days in terrible pain and itching all over my body and I can’t sleep worrying that I’m getting bite or am feeling something crawling on my body. My clothes are trashed as I am paranoid about bringing bed bugs into my house. I’m scared someone else is going to have the same results as myself. Please inspect that disgusting hotel.
