Stayed in hotel 5/25 & 5/26/17. Noticed bite on right leg after first night. Woke up with more bites on left leg and arm next day. Over a week later now and areas are still itching and covered with small red bumps even after a course of prednisone and prescription strength hydrocortisone cream. After being told by first person to answer phone "we don't have those (bedbugs) here" - the Manager was very kind and apologetic and handled it very well.

Found Bed Bugs on the last day of our stay, 7/18. When we checked in on 7/13. Two other families had found Bed Bugs in their rooms after they checked in. We checked our beds and could not see any at the time. We did request all our bedding be changed as when we pulled back the bedding, it was stained and dirty. The two other families were on the second floor. We were on the 3rd floor. We were packing up to leave on 7/18 and found two bugs crawling on the sheet. We reported it to hotel management. One girl came up and put one bug in a bag. We could not find where the other big went. The Manager that handled the situation tried to blame it on us and our baseball organization stating they had no issues till our teams showed up for a tournament and we brought the Bed Bugs to the hotel. It was handled poorly by the Manager. Rooms were not clean and had not been getting cleaned properly or there would not be Bed Bugs in the hotel!
