November 1, 2024 11:15 pm We checked in and went up to both of our rooms. I went into both with lights off and used my flashlight to check for bed bugs. 319 had both liners off the bottom of the mattress foundations. There were large amounts of black and brown tracks that formed the extended line clusters on the bed closest to the bathroom which means it’s a large infestation. I then went to 321 and the liners were also off of both mattress foundations. There were bed bug tracks in black dots showing less of an infestation then 319 but still bad. We went to the desk and she said the hotel never has had a problem with bed bugs and she didn’t believe us. She was not willing to have me show her the tracks. But she did give us a cancellation and full refund. We have been in the hotel business for 41 years and know exactly what they are, what to look for and how to treat with heaters. This hotel is not interested in good protocols for bed bugs and has an infestation in multiple rooms. We checked out at 11:24 pm November 1, 2024.
