3/27/2019 We had just checked into the hotel. The room was not cleaned properly and we decided to look for bugs. First bed was fine. Second bed however had a bed bug. My husband took the evidence down to the front desk. She apologized and gave us a full refund for our rooms. Do not know of anything that was done about it but they were notified and we left quickly.
