stayed on sunday 2-12-2017 until 2-13-17 in room 102, first I found a dead bed bug on my bed, took it to the front desk, when I returned to the room, found one crawling on my dad, who was sleeping. pulled up the corner of the sheet and there was a lot of them under the sheet. they moved us to the room next to this one and refunded 10.00 off the room, the manager was no help.

10/6/22 stayed in room 111. Found 2 bedbugs in morning. One on the left side and one under right side pillow. Called front desk and waited in room for about 20 minutes for a maintenance guy to come. He stated that he and someone else checked the room 2 days ago and found none. I gave him the 2 I found in a beverage cap wrapped in plastic. The front desk gave me a card with the managers phone # after she told me I’d get 30% off our $150 room. I called the manager and she said 30% off until she hears from the exterminator because they “don’t know bugs”. Took my phone # but have not heard back. Was planning on staying another night but…… Husband is bit up probably 10 bites that are very red and very itchy. I also have several bites. All out clothes/suitcases/shoes are outside. I don’t have a washer in dryer in our cottage so need to take everything to a laundromat and have car detailed inside. This has been an horrible experience!
