I checked in on 7/21/2015 in to room 204. I stayed for eleven days. Several days in to my stay I began noticing bites on my arms, under my breasts and in my arm pits. I was seen at Carson Tahoe Emergency Department and they dismissed it as usual. As the days passed my bites were multiplying in size and numbers. The manager, Shari, immediately took action and had her pest control there within a half hour. While inspecting the room together, I discovered a full grown, live bed bug in the seam of the bed skirt. The pest control man accused me of bringing it to the hotel from the hospital. WTF? The owner shortly pulled up in his brand new S550 Mercedes and had me and my belongings ushered out the front door and he generously offered to comp two nights. One piece of my Samsonite luggage is over $600.00. The health department and the hospital have been notified and hopefully no one else will be a host to bugs crawling, biting and sucking my blood all night. Thanks to Shari for doing the right thing. Unfortunately the owner is only interested in the money. What a piece of shit he is.
