I checked in this hotel with my child and fiancé 10/05/2019 10/06/2019 8am when we were woke up my my child and fiancé Complained about bumps and itching. When we pulled back the covers we seen Bed bugs. I immediately said get up start shaking and packing, I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager Phil whom was not helpful nor concerned of any of the things I was addressing. The only statement was made was my reservation was made threw a third party so that’s whom I needed to contact for my refund. I knew that part already but the problem was what are you going to do to accommodate us, this is And was a huge inconvenience, I’m livid my child was bitten up that’s disgusting this hotel is unclean and gross to have these creatures. I didn’t get a apology I’m sorry just we haven’t had this problem in months, months if I knew they had them prior I would’ve NEVER stayed here. BE aware of the carelessness and in compassionate workers and management. To refer you to whom you may have booked threw. I’ve used Priceline, Hotwire with never an issue for over 10years this has me applauded ,angry and disgusted.
