I left my home traveling to NC and stayed one night in this hotel. Next morning drive into my parents home and 2 days later starting having bumps on arms and legs. Went to doctor and learned I had been attacked by bed bugs. My parents had a exterminator come out to house and no bedbugs found in NC home. I then called hotel to let them know I had got bed bugs from there hotel since it was the only place I had stayed. They said they checked room and no sign of them. I then went back to another doctor and once again... \"you have bedbugs\". Hotel states again, the is no bed bugs here. I never asked for a refund, just they treat the room so no one else has the embarrassing bites I had. I had to cover up my arms the whole time during Christmas and the itches were horrible. Thanks

Our daughter found the bug on the bed in the middle of the night. My husband and I got up to look concluded it was a bed bug . We looked around on the mattress and found three more put them in plastic cup took them to front desk. Made Request for a refund and left the premises. Now trying to find another room on memorial day weekend. At 11:30 with 3 kids :(

3/28/19 at 9:15pm we arrived at hotel and got our intial room assignment. I checked the bed as I typically do and there were two bed bugs right away when I moved the pillow. Asked management for another room assignment and the new room is so far bed bug free. Always check the sheets, pillows and matteresses before getting settled in.
