There was a group of us that checked in on 5/5/17 for a wedding we had about 6 or 7 rooms scattered through out the entire building, while leaving one of our parties rooms I came upon 3 young ladies at the elevator, they were ranting and raving one got bit and she had a large mark on her arm, she said she was in room 528, I then proceed to my room 407 where I was sharing with 3 other women, when going into bathroom one of the ladies in the bed hopped up and said she was bit by something, I proceed to turn on lights and sure enough a bed bug was crawling on her pillow, we video taped it and took a picture of it, we then contacted front desk they gave us another room and we were told to contact management the next day,

On 4/6/23 my husband saw a bedbug crawling on the bed after I got up. We took pictures of it, then killed it and brought it to management. A new room was assigned and we were refunded.
