When we first walked into the room it had an odd smell to it, almost like cedar, dismissed it just thought it was a weird hotel smell that is until later that night that we were sleeping. There's two beds in the room and only the one that I was sleeping in ( the one closest to the window and door ) we saw something run across the bed/pillow turned our phone lights on saw the bed bug and weren't quite sure what t was until we squished it had blood come out and then looked up bed bugs, we clearly could see that that's what we were dealing with, we then continued to look for more and to our surprise when we moved the bed away from the wall we found all these sheddings and droppings all along the head of the bed, on the floor and that "weird hotel smell" was very strong in that area which I'm assuming that they knew about the bugs and tried to kill them, but obviously didn't work and failed to let us know before hand that the room had bees infested. So we call the front to let them know and all they could tell us was that they would give us our refund but we could not get another room because we could infest the other rooms as if we were the ones that brought them here.horrible service, horrible hotel!..please no one stay here EVER!!..it's disgusting, the customer service is bad and even the area is not very safe looking.
