I have traveled to Disney several times over the last 12 years and have never even thought to check for bugs. The rooms have always been clean and well maintained. This trip was the opposite. While it is obvious that Coronado Springs is in need of major refurbishment, I never expected to come home covered in small bug bites all over mine and my husbands legs. We noticed the first batch of bites all around my husbands ankles (below his sock line) after our first night. Once back home, I found the bites as they started swelling up. I have a dozen random bites on my right leg and another dozen in the telltale zig-zag pattern up the back of my left leg. We currently have a call into the claim department and I'm hoping to have a resolution.

My son is riddled with Bed Bug Bites... I want a refund!!!! I bought it to tge attention of Kathy the front desk Mngr who TRIED to tell me it wasnt bed bugs!!! Uhm ok well im pretty sure mosqit. Cant get under the inside of your arms!!!! Ive taken pictures of his arms legs and neck!!! I want this resolved asap we were there for the USOpen ISKA championship and have other students who have stayed as well i have NOT mentioned this to anyone else in hopes if a resolution ASAP! I am looking for a refund for my stay! Please contact me asap 7/2-7/7/15
