Stayed at the Carribean Resort from 6/27/17 - 6/30/17. Noticed small bumps on my right hand on the first night, some more on my left the next night. On the last day they were on the back of my arms, neck, stomach and on my back. I called to check out and was told it would be checked on. While at the park that day my bumps got redder and more itchy so I returned to the hotel to show them the bites. They then informed me that they had already checked a new family in and would investigate it on the 2nd of July. Front desk representative called me this afternoon and said it was negative. I asked for a report and they denied to give me one. I honestly do not believe they checked. If you would like pictures, I will be glad to give them to you.

My husband and I took our three boys on a family vacation for the first time since 2018 to Disney World. We arrived at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort on Friday May 20th at around 2pm. We stayed in room number 2648. On Saturday May 21st I woke up with my leggings itching and bumps everywhere. I applied some cortisone cream and we left to go to the parks. Later that evening when we got back to our room I had to go soak in the tub My legs were so unbearable discomforting from the itch and painful. Once I got out of the tub I again applied cortisone cream and took benadryl to try and get some sleep. I woke up Sunday morning and my legs were even worse. They were so bad I almost didn't want to go to the parks because I was so embarrassed. Not knowing what was going on or what was biting me all up. However I went anyways because I knew my boys would be so upset if I didn't go, so I suffered through the itching pain. Monday morning my legs were still the same and were driving me crazy. Mid morning Tuesday our oldest son (12) & middle son(6) started complaining of itching on their legs, thighs, and bottom. When I looked to see what it was...sure enough it was the same exact bites I had on my legs. I was livid.......I sent pictures to my doctor and was advised it was bed bugs and I should check the beds. My husband and I started striping the bed my oldest son and middle son and been sleeping in. We found bed bug larvae, blood tinged smeared marks, bed bug shells, and black smudge marks from the bugs. We collected samples and took tons of pictures. I was livid at this point because now my boys had it too. We went to speak with a manager at Caribbean Beach and they told us they would get someone to come out for us to have a seat then someone would come get one of us to show them where we found them at. No one ever came to get either of us. A man came and said they had a dog search the room and they didn't find anything of that matter but something was definitely in the room. Then the man asked us if all of our belongings were still in the room...we said no but he should have known that if they went to the room! We were also informed that they would put us in a floor room so we could just get straight to bed with our little ones. I am not a liar and the fact that they are calling me one in around about way has me beyond anger. My children are devastated and scared to sleep because they think bugs are going to eat them alive. All they did was give us a different room. All of our belongings are bagged up air tight in our vehicle.
