My daughter stayed in this hotel for Valentines day and woke up with bed bug bites. She was forced to seek medical attention in the Urgent Care Facility in Atlantic city. The manger Dan and DM Melissa have been uncooperative in providing us with information with regards to the pest control report and referred us to their legal department where Kate is also unresponsive and then referred us to their insurance company which is surely an indication that bed bugs were found. I have left numerous message with their insurance company and have still not received a response. We were also told by Dan that she would not be refunded for her stay there and any other compensation. I have filed a complaint with the Health Department who will be investigating this hotel. I will be contacting my attorney to resolve this mess and ensure they feel my wrath. This is unacceptable to have bed bugs in the first place and even more unacceptable is to be ignored by the hotel with our complaint. DO NOT stay at this hotel for your own health and well being.
