06/06/2021 9-10am Noticed bed bugs after spending the night at hotel. They were around the head board, under the comforter, pillows, and walls. They were huge bed bugs and very tiny ones as well. Called managed only wanted to provide refund and no compensation for lost possession due to bed bugs in our luggage. Room was infested with bed bugs. I have pictures and videos. Throwing everything out to not risk infestation at my home.

11/27/21- 7:00am, woke up and my husband found a huge bedbug that he thought was a cockroach on the bed we just slept in. He killed it and there was a lot of blood. Then we noticed blood on another area of the sheets. We found small baby bedbugs at the foot of the bed. Reported it and they offered us another room. Our 9 month old was in a travel crib on there floor across the room. Hopefully they didn’t get her too.

12/3/21 — I had a bedbug crawl across my hand while I was sitting in bed doing some work and I thought -- that's too big to be a bedbug. I flushed it down the drain and continued work. Then the phone rang in my room, I answered it, and it was the guest from 11/27/21 telling me to get out of the room that there were bed bugs. OMG __ The kindness of strangers shows up in incredible ways! I was moved to another room (with zero hesitation from the front desk) 2nd room had water all over the bathroom floor, so I was moved to a 3rd room and there was a fresh garbage bag conveniently hanging in the closet. When I checked out, the nice kid at the front desk, tried to give me free breakfast, or a free nights stay. I settled with a 50% refund. I would have fought for a full refund but I was running late for my booster appointment before the airport.
