I stayed at this hotel on Sept 9 amd checked out Sept 10, 2016. I noticed several bites on my left arm and my right hand upon waking up on Sept 10. During the night, I spotted a redish brown insect crawling on the bed. The bites were very swollen and irritated and I needed to see a doctor after my stay. I notified the front desk staff upon checking out, but the manager on duty told me he did not believe I was bitten by bed bugs because they had recently treated the hotel for bedbug infestation. They said the hotel was treated for bedbugs because other local hotels had reported problems. This didn't make sense and the management did not seem concerned with this incident.
