We stayed at the Hillton Hotel on Fri, July 24, 2015 for a one night stay. We checked in early that day before 3pm, and was given room 362. We settled in and relaxed for approx 45 mins before we went out to do an errand. Upon returning to our room #362. I decided to take a quick nap for approximately 45 mins, only to be awoken by a painful bite on on my right hand...middle finger which is what woke me up... I actually moved the pillow and kill the bug, but didn't think much of it...took a shower...headed out to dinner and finger began to swell during the night...headed back to the hotel, and my boyfriend and I went to sleep only for me to be awoken around 3 am screaming that something was biting my legs...pulled back the sheets and there was many bugs in between the sheets...I was able to kill many which were filled with blood...my boyfriend went down to the front desk where they relocated us to the 1st floor...they sent security up to the room which he was able to see the bugs crawling all over sheets and out from under my boyfriends pillow...Security actually went into our bathroom and flushed the biggest one...Hilton Manager, a very nice woman comped our stay, and bought us breakfast which was very nice of her, but I am still mortified about this happening at a Hilton that charges over $200 for a room. I wanted to report this so the problem gets taken care of. Mary Staley.
