Stayed at hotel from 8/12/16 through 8/16/16. Woke up 8/16/16 with welts on my left shoulder. Researched it on line and the welts I have are typical of bed bug bites.

I woke up with over 80 itchy bites on my arms and legs. Hote security "tested" my room and said the test was negative days after I checked out. They never let me see the report. The bites itched for over 10 days.

I stayed 11/10-11/22/16. On 11/11 my legs were itching but I didn't think much of it. Later, I realized that my back, legs and thighs has bite marks. I reported to the hotel and they asked that I fill out a report. They got back to me and stated the inspection was negative. I wasn't requesting anything, but wanted them to know that the room had a problem with fleas or bed bugs. Their response was very generic and included a line that stated that they hoped I enjoyed my stay and will return. Are you kidding me?

I stayed at the Palmer House from 9/26-9/29. On the first night I woke up in the middle of the night with intense itching and covered in hives. Stupidly, I first attributed to my dinner and/or laying in the grass in the park earlier that evening. I took Benadryl but when the next night the same happened, I knew immediately it was bed bugs. We stripped the sheets and sure enough they were everywhere. We called security who came and took videos of the bugs as well as pictures of my body. They offered me a new room but obviously I was not going to stay a single second longer at that place. I filed a claim and have been waiting for a call. The management has been beyond terrible. They were rude and dismissive. One manager literally had the audacity to tell me there was no evidence while we have tons of videos, pictures and many witnesses. I was shocked. No one has followed up. No one has even apologized. Please do not stay here.
