Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

January 24th 2019 One night there and cancelled rest of our stay. Took a picture of bed bug and took it to manager. He confirmed. He was not concerned at all as he said they have had a few instances in the last few months

The bug was located on top of my sheets at around 6:15am 1/24/2017. I killed it and flush it not knowing what it was. I looked up online what the insect was and when I found it to be a bud bug I was very upset. I went to the front desk to report it. The lady was very nice and told me she would handle it. I had a business meeting at 8:00 am . The manager call me while I was in my meeting and informed me that ecolab was looking into and that maintenance had confirm it was a bed bug and he found more. They asked if I wanted my clothes washed and I said yes. Have everything cleaned and move me if needed. I also asked them to check rooms 405 404, we are all traveling together. Very disappointed in my stay. I have had this problem before.
