Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed from 4/8/22 -4/11/22 noticed small mosquitoes bits since day 1, didn't think to much of it until Monday 430am my arm was bit in a line with small red bed bug bites very itchy woke up to find 3 live bed bugs. I have video of them on the bed, called there emergency #that didn't go anywhere had no compassion whatsoever, he said I needed to wait until the office opened at 8am, I called back and they stated they would call to have the room inspected, I ask what pest control they called he said truly Nolen after he told me they inspected and found no evidence I called truly and they Said they have no record of anyone going out to the hotel address, they have bed bugs 100% they refused to believe me...this is a complete nightmare to go home bag everything and feel disgusting I have so many bed bug bites on me....they still have room 210 open, they are rude and have no customer service at all. I have the videos of the bed bugs crawling on the bed. They should treat that room not keep it open, this experience is a nightmare.
