Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Suspected bed bugs after second night of check in, due to red smears on bed and crawling sensations at night. Thought I was being dramatic. After 5th day of being in hotel I bought a bed bug spray and sprayed it along baseboards and beds. This brought one running right out at me and confirmed my suspicion on July 12, 2024. Immediately packed my belongings and went to front desk. Lady was accommodating and moved me rooms to a different building. Gave my her managers contact card, and I emailed him and awaiting a response.

Date/Time: July 21~22 (Hotel stay was July 21~24) Management Handling : Requested for bedding cover to be changed (they changed) However, I requested for medical fees but they just provided partial refund of one night. I had to cover the medical expenses with my own money. I have bed bug bites all over my body and suffering from it. Management is not responding to my emails nor calling back to me when I specifically called them.
