1/24/18 found bugs in my bed two night in a row. First night thought maybe it was something that crawled in the giant gap under the door. Second night took a picture and did a google search to find out it was bed bugs. Called front office they stated I should have called the first night and the woman hung up on me. A few minutes later they were pounding on my door and telling me to move my stuff. They moved the to another room and called later to confirm it was in deed bed bugs. They offered to wash my clothes and that was it. I was appalled I threw away my suitcase and clothes and I was worried I would bring them home with me. So I booked at a nearby hotel for the rest of my stay with not even so much as an apology from the front desk.
