I never thought I could get into this in South. I stayed in this hotel in the room 316. In the morning there was something crawling on my leg. I thought, it was just a bug. And when I saw the shape of it. It was a bedbug. Great,, I went through my stuff hoping none of my clothing got it. But there is no way to know it, because of all those small eggs and babies. I am on the watch. Spending hundreds of dollars at home on preventive measures... If I get it in my house, I will sue them.

My name is D.S, and I stayed in your hotel last night, 3-9-17 in room 220. When I woke up, I had terrible itching, which was then followed by welts and swelling. It has gotten worse as the day/evening progressed. I called your hotel this evening at 9:27 pm and was not at all happy with the woman who answered the phone. She was rude and told me to call back in the morning and speak with the manager. In the meantime, I am in now in pain, itching, and new welts are still appearing, even as I type this. What a great way to start my vacation, right?! I am concerned with how I am feeling and looking at this point in time. If symptoms continue, I will seek medical attention, and take and further action as needed. I would appreciate a call from the manager as soon as possible to see what can be done to correct this very concerning matter.

Stayed 11/17/17 to 11/18/17. I started developing welts the morning of the 19th and called the hotel management. They had their pest control company confirm the presence of bedbugs and then refunded my room charge for the evening. The whole thing was handled very professionally and offered advice on how I should handle my personal belongings.
