Stayed 10-6-17 thru 10-8-17. On the morning of October 8 my daughter and I were checking out after staying there with her soccer team for a tournament. After finding two live bugs and the shell of another, I videotaped and took pictures and showed the front desk manager. She told me the bedbugs were not her fault or the hotels and gave me trash bags to put my things in. She assured me that an exterminator would be out and I would receive a call confirming or denying that bedbugs were present in that room. After missing her promise deadline by hours I called her back and in a very frazzled manner she told me that the exterminator had just left and had found no evidence of bedbugs. I had a very uneasy feeling about this and over the next 7 to 8 days both my daughter and I showed very bad bug specific patterns of bites. I have reached out to this Hotel multiple times to try to alert them to the fact that if indeed the exterminator did actually come out he missed something. I have yet to receive a call back from one person from that hotel. One thing to note is that this hotel is no longer a holiday inn but a La Quinta located at the same address.
